SHIPPING POLICY
Expect handling to take 1-2 weeks. We ship through Canada Post.
You will receive an email confirming your shipment has been mailed.
Canada Shipping Prices and Local Pickup
Shipping will range from about $13-$20 depending on where you live in Canada.
Local pick-up is accepted and we are located in James Bay, Victoria, B.C. Contact me for this option.
Expect a shipping tracking number (Canada only).
International Shipping
(Outside Canada)
Our international shipments have been estimated at around 1-2 weeks, although with the current strain on postal systems we have had shipments arrive up to 4 weeks later.
*If you choose the standard non-track parcel, and your order is lost in the mail, no refund is guaranteed; however, if you chose tracked packet and your package becomes lost in the mail, we can discuss. We have yet to have any parcels lost in the mail.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price, or shipping and handling cost, and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
